3 cups flour
3 cups sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1½ cup water or soya milk
1 cup sunflower oil
Thoroughly combine the dry ingredients, and then add the oil and water or soya milk. Fold everything gently together into and even consistency. Do not over mix.
Spread the brownie mixture evenly into a lightly greased cake pan. Bake for 20-30 minutes on 3. I don’t know how hot this is in Celsius or Fahrenheit. My guess is about 180C and 350F. When the brownies have risen and aren’t shiny on top anymore, and a toothpick comes out clean, they are done.
